April Volunteer Highlight: Ogden

Portrait of Draven, the Ogden Bicycle Collective's highlighted volunteer for April

Each month, the Collective will feature a volunteer who has made an outstanding contribution from one of the Bicycle Collective's four locations.

This month, we feature Draven from the Ogden Bicycle Collective. Draven volunteered regularly from the beginning, quietly and efficiently getting on with whatever needed doing here at the Ogden shop. He is an absolute pleasure to be around, and we’re stoked that he joined our team of Core Volunteers because now we’re guaranteed to see him often!

How did you get involved with the Collective?
In August of 2021, I started volunteering, and have been getting more and more involved since.

What do you enjoy most about the Collective?
Bikes, friends, and helping out others.

How has cycling impacted your life?
Cycling has, over the years, made a huge positive impact on my physical/ mental health, and has presented me with so many fond memories of adventures, trips, experiences, and friendships.

What are some of your other hobbies?
Whenever I can, I love camping, especially out in the desert. When home, I usually spend my free time tinkering and fixing random things in the shop.

Thanks for all that you do, Draven!
