Summary

The shop facilitator acts as the face of Bicycle Collective to thousands of people each year. They assist customers in finding the goods and services they need. The shop facilitator interacts face-to-face with dozens of clients each day and ensures each has a positive experience in the shop.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure Bicycle Collective clients have a positive experience in the community bike shop, greet each person who walks in the door.
  • Help Customers select the right bike for themselves.
  • Interface with the public through email and telephone
  • Other duties as assigned by the Shop Manager

 

Qualifications

  • Confident communicator, positive attitude, passion for customer service.
  • Basic knowledge of bicycle mechanics. At least one season in the outdoor industry preferred.
  • English and Spanish fluency (preferred).
