The Bicycle Collective is a 501 (c) 3 non-profit that has an opening for a Digital Strategist. This is a full-time, exempt position that will be remote for the first year. The incumbent will work with our four community shops in Salt Lake City, Ogden, Provo and St. George, Utah. 

The Digital Strategist position coordinates our various digital mediums and assists our organization in developing and rolling out a digital platform to engage our various stakeholder groups which include: customers, clients, program participants, volunteers, community partners, donors—individuals, foundation and corporate, and bike enthusiasts. 

A digital strategist will enable the Bicycle Collective to grow into a nationally recognized non-profit that delivers bikes, education and services to underserved communities in two realms: 1) traditional in-person retail and 2) virtual space with interaction available at any hour.

This role will lead the Collective in: developing our new digital platform, analyzing user experience data, initiating digital projects, reporting on planned and current strategies, leading effective digital marketing strategies, and ensuring that projects are executed within budget. This person will play a pivotal role in growing our organization—our reach, our customer base, and improving user experience.
