Volunteer Opportunity: Heritage Festival 150th Anniversary Bike Valet

15 April 2019 Published in Ogden News

Thanks to Utah DOT and Move Utah, we're working with the Ogden Downtown Alliance and Ogden City to offer Bike Valet for the Heritage Festival 150th Anniversary May 9-11th!

Come hangout with the rest of the community and celebrate the 150th anniversary of the completion of the transcontinental railroad, one of the most significant historical events to happen right here.  We're looking for almost 30 volunteers to help provide bike valet.  All volunteers will receive a free UTA transit pass the day they volunteer and some OBC swag.  Bike Valet Crew volunteers will receive member benefits at the Ogden shop for the month of June (member benefits include free shop time and 10% off all in-shop purchases).  Sign up for a shift here.

Check out the Golden Spike 150 website for a complete list of all the events going on throughout the month and over the three day festival.  It will be busy and parking will be sparse, so ride your bikes and let us take care of them while you enjoy the festivities!
