Dani Nives

Dani Nives (She/Her) is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with deep roots in community wellbeing, nonprofit leadership, and systems-level change. She spent over seven years in the homeless services sector and now works in the field of workplace wellbeing and resilience, helping to create supportive environments for faculty and staff in higher education.
Dani’s connection to the Bicycle Collective is personal—when she first moved to Salt Lake City, her first stop was the Collective, where she bought a bike that became her sole mode of transportation. Cycling has remained central in her life ever since. She enjoys mountain biking in the Utah desert, joining community rides on a sunny afternoon, and traveling the world playing bicycle polo with the Beehive Bike Polo Club. She’s proud to serve on the Board and support the Collective’s mission to make cycling more accessible for everyone.
