Justin Leiter (He/Him): "For the past decade I have enjoyed riding my bike on the dirt trails close to home as well as discovering new trails on the numerous road trips I have made. As the rides became longer, I wanted to know how to repair any mechanical issue that may arise and leave me stranded. After hopelessly searching for information, I came across the mechanic apprenticeship program at the Bicycle Collective and quickly enrolled. It was here where I learned all the necessary skills needed to work at the Bicycle Collective a few years later."
