we have some groundbreaking news

On Thursday, October 27th, 2022, Bicycle Collective broke ground on the future site of our New Hub. This was a milestone event, that started with a dream back in 2017, when Bicycle Collective was awarded the land from the Redevelopment Agency of Salt Lake City (SLCRDA). With support from various stakeholders including Salt Lake City Council Members, Salt Lake City Mayor Erin Mendenhall, the RDA, and a whole cast of what we like to call Believers in the Power of Bicycles, the dream has now reached the Golden Shovel stage!

Nurturing community

Our New Hub will be significantly larger than our current location and specifically designed to house multiple operations simultaneously—sales, service, recycling, volunteering, bikes & parts storage, educational programming—in a sustainably-built, energy efficient space designed to be welcoming and encourage collaboration.

Why the Central Ninth district?

expanding our reach

With a permanent home, Bicycle Collective will have both the space and resources to grow our award-winning and inspiring programming.
