Vintage Steel Surly Instigator Frame Medium

This old Instigator has never been built up, lucky you! It has an 18 inch seat tube and a 22.5 top tube, c-c. "Junk Saver" top tube, 1 1/8 head tube, disc and (removable) rim brake mounts, 73mm bsa bottom bracket shell, 29.4 seat post size, 135mm rear end and designed for any 100-130mm travel fork.
